Day 1: Safari Game Drive and Transfer from Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Following a leisurely breakfast in Nairobi, your expert safari guide will give you an overview of the day’s events, and begin the drive to Mara. Depending on your arrival schedule, arriving in Nairobi on the same day is possible and being transported directly to Masai Mara. You can stop at shops to buy anything you wish or for craft shopping on the trip to Maasai Mara. As you drive through the resident communities, get ready to be astounded by how people live and interact in Kenya. You can attend an evening game or retire to the lodge after arriving at Masai Mara. Day 2: Spend the entire day watching wildlife in Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Get up and shine! Your drive personal guide will pick you up after a hearty breakfast in your camp so you can start exploring the Mara environment, renowned throughout Africa for its plethora of species and breathtaking scenery. You will look for any species you have ever desired to see, such as lions, leopards, giraffes, hyenas, lesser and more significant kudus, rhinos, elephants, hippos, and impalas. After your game drive till midday, your guide will give you instructions on where to have lunch.

After lunch and a little downtime, head out for another evening game-viewing session. This is said to be a fantastic time to see animals since they are more active than they are during the day. In addition to assisting you in finding the animals, your guide will ensure that you enjoy your stay in Masai Mara.

The following three nights will be spent in Serengeti National Park, home to the wildebeests and where magic happens every second, so take your time witnessing the wildebeests cross a river in Masai Mara.

Day 3: Travel to Serengeti National Park after a half-day of wildlife viewing in Mara

After breakfast today, you’ll go on a quick game drive for wildlife. Later, after lunch, your guide will take you to the nearby border of Isbania, which divides the Serengeti National Park from Maasai Mara National Reserve. Once you’ve completed the necessary immigration formalities, a Tanzanian safari guide will pick you up to start the even shorter game drive in the Serengeti. A safari to the Serengeti is unlike any other; in this long-surviving African national park, you will see innumerable species and take in stunning wildlife behaviors.

Day 4 and Day 5: Observing a river crossing in Serengeti National Park

A gorgeous day in Africa! Following breakfast, spend the next two days searching for all the animals you wish to see and one of the most iconic Serengeti safari experiences: the animal river crossing. Every year, over two million animals migrate from the Southern to the Northern Serengeti in search of green pastures and water. Remember that spending two nights in the Serengeti will increase the likelihood of witnessing the river crossing, as animals may decide to cross.

The optimum time of year for a Serengeti wildlife trip is any time, but you may choose a specific season according to what you want to see. You must book a decent resort or camp closer to the Mara River to guarantee that you witness the most excellent activity. The wildebeest safari migration in the Serengeti may occur from July until October.

Day 6: Cultural tour and wildlife drive transfer from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Highlands

You will drive to the Ngorongoro highlands in the afternoon for lunch and leisure after leaving the park after an early breakfast and doing a quick wildlife drive in the Serengeti safari.

The Ngorongoro Highlands are renowned for their breathtaking plateaus and scenery.

On the road to Ngorongoro, you will also stop by a Maasai community today. There, you will discover how they live and connect with different communities, and you will have the opportunity to dance and dress like them.

Your lodging will be at Rhino Lodge.

Day 7: Rhino safaris and wildlife drive in the Ngorongoro Crater

The Ngorongoro Crater is home to over 25,000 animals that live inside the caldera and over 500 bird species. As you approach this massive caldera, you will understand why it is recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of Africa and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Early morning, around 7 am, you will descend into the crater to search for animals and birds.

Day 8: Walking safari and Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park -transfer to Zanzibar

After breakfast and getting dressed, head to Lake Manyara National Park for a wildlife drive. Located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley, Manyara is a fantastic place to see animals. The park is kept lush and green year-round by subterranean water. You can get up close and personal with nature on a walking safari at Lake Manyara. Among the creatures you may encounter are giraffes, zebras, baboons, impalas, and many more.

Several of the Big Five, including African buffaloes, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and elephants, may be found in the lake. Seeing lions that climb trees is another possibility during your excursion to Lake Manyara.

After the day of game viewing, drive to Arusha Airport to hop on a short flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, our representative will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 9-11, Zanzibar – Relax by the beach
