Day 1. Transfer from Nairobi to Maasai Mara, Safari Game Drive

After a leisurely breakfast in Nairobi, your professional safari guide will meet you at the hotel, brief you about the day ahead, and drive to Mara. It is also possible to arrive on the same day and be taken to Masai Mara immediately. It depends on your arrival time. On the way to Maasai Mara, you may stop for craft shopping or stores to buy stuff you may want. You will be driving on the resident settlements, so be ready to be amazed at how people in Kenya live and socialize. After arriving in Masai Mara, you can lodge, rest, or do a short evening game drive. You will see as many animals like Elephants, cheetahs, buffaloes, and many more.

Day 2. Full-day game viewing in Maasai Mara game reserve

Rise and Shine! After a fresh morning meal in your camp, your personal drive guide will pick you up to explore the Mara ecosystem, famous for its abundant wildlife and beautiful landscapes all over Africa. You will search for all the animals you want to see, including Lions, leopards, giraffes, hyenas, lesser and greater kudus, Rhinos, elephants, hippos, and impalas, to name a few. You will continue your game drive until midday. Your guide shall instruct you where you will go for lunch.

After lunch and a few minutes for relaxation, embark on another evening game viewing, a fantastic time for animal searching because they are more active than during the day. Your guide will help you locate the animals and ensure you’re having a good time in Masai Mara.

Stay focused on seeing the wildebeest river crossing in Masai Mara; the next three nights will be spent in Serengeti National Park, where magic happens every second and is home to the wildebeests.

Later, after a long day of animal watching in Masai Mara, you will return to the camp for a shower, dinner, and relaxation.

Day 3. Half-day game viewing in Mara and transfer to Serengeti National Park

Today, you will go for a short game drive after breakfast. You will be searching for animals, and later, after lunch, your guide will take you to the nearby border of Isbania, which separates Maasai Mara National Reserve and Serengeti National Park; after all immigration formalities, a Tanzanian safari guide will pick you up and begin the even short game drive in Serengeti. A safari to Serengeti is like no other; you will spot countless animals and witness the dramatic wildlife actions in this long-surviving National Park in Africa.

Day 4 & 5. Serengeti National Park, River crossing witnessing

Beautiful day in Africa! After breakfast, go out in the wild with your safari guide looking for animals; the next two days will be spent searching for all the animals you want to see and famous epic activities in Serengeti safaris, the animal river crossing, each year at least two million animals move in a cycle from Southern to Northern Serengeti in search of green pastures and water, please remember that spending two nights in Serengeti is purposely for maximizing the chance to see the river crossing because animals may choose to cross or not.

Serengeti wildlife tour is best throughout the year, but depending on what you want to see, you can set a specific time. Day 6. Transfer game drive from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Highlands & Cultural tour

After early breakfast, you will proceed with a short game drive in Serengeti safaris before exiting the park and driving to Ngorongoro Highlands, where you will reach for lunch and relaxation in the afternoon.

Ngorongoro Highlands is famous for its beautiful landscapes and plateaus.

Today also, you will visit a Maasai village on the way to Ngorongoro, where you will learn how Maasai people live and interact with other societies; you will dance and dress like them.

Day 7. Ngorongoro Crater game drive & Rhino safaris

Early in the morning, around 7 am, you will descend into the crater to search for animals and birds; as soon as you approach this massive caldera, you will understand why Ngorongoro Crater is one of the Seven Wonders of Africa and UNESCO World Heritage Site, the crater hosts over 25,000 animals that live inside the caldera and over 500 bird spices call the crater home.

You will drive around the park looking for lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and cats like Genet.

The Ngorongoro landscape is breathtaking, attracting visitors from around the world to visit this magnificent area.

Later in the afternoon, have lunch and proceed to Mto wa Mbu, a small town in the Manyara region, where you will overnight.

Day 8. Lake Manyara National Park & Walking Safari

Wake up in the morning; breakfast is done; after that, you will proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. Manyara is a spectacular area for animal viewing. It is situated at the base of the Great Rift Valley and is green all year round because it is underground water that waters the entire park. A walking safari in Lake Manyara is a good experience that brings you up close to nature; during the walking safari, you will see animals such as giraffes, zebras, baboons, impalas, and many more.

Lake is home to Big-Fives like Elephants, Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs, and African Buffaloes. During your tour in Lake Manyara, it is also possible to see tree-climbing lions that are famous in the Tanzania safari tour.
