Arusha National Park: – “Hatari,” an American adventure romantic comedy by John Wayne, the team leader at certified game catchers in Africa in 1962, was filmed in Arusha National Park.
Serengeti National Park:- UNESCO World Heritage Site, with Protected and Management Wildlife Areas, which host one of the World’s largest Animal Migrations.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area: – One of the seven wonders of Africa, the site of the Cradle of Humankind at the Olduvai Gorge was discovered by Archaeologists Louis Leakey and Mary Leakey.
Lake Natron: – The hub to Hominid footprints, a breeding site for Lesser Flamingos, and the only place on Earth you can find an active carbonate volcano called Ol Doinyo Lengai Mountain or “Mountain of GOD” by the native Maasai People.
Tarangire National Park: – The only place on Earth where you can see a larger population of Elephants of up to 300 at once, the only place you can see the oldest baobab trees, which have existed for over three million years.
DAY 1. ARRIVAL IN TANZANIA.
Upon arriving at the airport, you will be taken to your hotel, Arumeru River Lodge, by our professional transfer guide, where you will unwind and rejuvenate after a long flight trip.
Depending on your international arrival time, you may embark on a short town tour to visit local markets or local schools around Usa-River town.
Dinner or Lunch will be available here.
DAY 2. ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK, GAME DRIVE & WALKING SAFARI.
After the morning meals, drive to your first safari destination in Tanzania, the Arusha National Park; the park is full of adventure; Mount Meru, the second highest in Tanzania and the fourth in Africa, is inside this park. Once you reach the park, you will begin a short safari walk inside the park, and you will be escorted by an armed ranger safari guide to ensure that safety is highly maintained.
Afterward, you will join your driver guide and proceed with a game viewing for the rest of the day. Inside the Arusha National Park, there are a few small lakes like Momella Lake, which is the source of life within the park; pink flamingoes are resident in this lake, making the game drive here more stunning; also, you can canoe this lake with a herd of buffaloes surrounding the lake plus a panoramic view of mount Meru with an elevation of 4,566 m.
Enjoy the Lunch in small yet beautiful waterfalls inside the park. There are plenty of animals to see, like zebras, elephants, monkeys, giraffes, buffaloes, Elands, waterbucks, and over 300 avian lives.
Evening, you will make the way out and return to Arumeru River Lodge, where you will stay another night. You can swim, read a good book, or even walk around the lodge’s garden.
Dinner will be offered for you tonight.
DAY 3. DRIVE FROM ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK.
It’s another beautiful day! We are heading to Tarangire National Park with our professional safari guide. This park offers so much for wildlife lovers. Being first safari goers or a seasonal traveler, you’re guaranteed exceptional East Africa safari tours. You will see some BIG-5 animals, such as leopards, Elephants, Lions, and African Buffaloes. Rhinos are rarely seen but are believed to be available in the park, especially in the southern ecosystem “Silale Swam.”
You will have Lunch in the bush with cold drinking water because our safari vehicles feature small refrigerators for cooling your drinks and charging accessories.
Today, you will spend a night at Ngorongoro Farm House, situated in the upper highlands of Ngorongoro Crater rim.
DAY 4. DESCEND TO NGORONGORO CRATER AND PROCEED TO CENTRAL SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.
Continue your 12 Days Wildebeests Serengeti Wildlife Safari & Lake Natron Tour in Ngorongoro today, the biggest caldera on Earth, which collapsed three million years ago; it is believed that before it collapsed, it was taller than Mount Kilimanjaro. The caldera is a shelter for a more extensive array of wildlife; lions, rhinos, elephants, hyenas, wild dogs, and many birds.
After a whole day of observing the animals in the park with your private safari guide, you will then drive to Serengeti National Park, one of the famous safari destinations in Africa.
You will arrive in the evening hours; if you’re tired, you will go to Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp for your relaxation, but if you wish to do an evening short game drive, then would best time to abundant of animals as they are active during morning and evening hours.
DAY 5. FULL-DAY GAME DRIVE IN CENTRAL SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.
Famously known as Seronera Valley, here is where wild animals gather to celebrate the savannah landscape of the Serengeti. Your guide is an expert; they have been here more than a hundred times, and together, you will explore nature.
You will look at all the animals around this area; if you ever wanted to tick off a BIG FIVE on your bucket list, this is the right time.
You will spend the next night at Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp.
DAY 6 – 8. NORTHERN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Our three days in Northern Serengeti are worth it! Searching for wildebeest crossing the river to see the river crossing, you need at least three nights in this Serengeti-Mara ecosystem.
Your safari tour guide will do their best to ensure you see the river crossing. This is a truly epic moment that you will never want to miss.
Serengeti Wildebeest Migration is one of the best tour experiences in the Northern Tanzania Safari circuit.
You will be staying at Mara Kati Kati Tented Camp, which is situated in the right place to ensure you see all the animals. Remember where you visit during the River Mara crossing has enhanced the migration sightseeing opportunities.
DAY 9 – 10. LAKE NATRON SAFARI TOURS.
We will spend the next two nights in Lake Natron.
Day 9: Drive from Northern Serengeti to Lake Natron via Klein’s gate; we will stop at Wasso Village to participate in Maasai Village activities; later, we will proceed to Lake Natron Camp. The rest of the day is for relaxing.
Day 10: Today, with your local guide, native to this area, you will embark on an unforgettable nature walk across this essential ecological nature.
There are many activities to do here;
You can decide to do a short hike to the Ol Donyo Lengai Mountain
You can escape to the nearest waterfalls & hot water springs, where you can swing all day long.
This is a breeding ground for the flamingos; you will walk to the lake to see its beauty.
The lake is pinkish-red because of the spirulina microorganisms that live in it, a food source for flamingos.
Or you can relax by the pool.
Day 11. Transfer back to Arusha.
After a delicious lunch, you will go back to Arusha. The driving is about 6 hours. You’re expected to arrive in the late evening; you will stay at Arumeru River Lodge.
DAY 12. RETURN HOME
Depending on your international flight, our transfer guide will escort you back to the airport for the flight back home.
Please remember: The normal check-out at Arumeru River Lodge is at 11 AM. If you have a late flight, you can always request a day room use, which will be charged an extra cost.
