4 Days Serengeti & Ngorongoro Safari
Serengeti wildlife

Wildlife in Serengeti is best throughout the year. Still, depending on the months you visit, our East Africa Safari Guides team will advise accordingly to ensure you enjoy what the Serengeti offers. In November and December, the park receives short rains, and this is the time when the Wildebeest migration moves to the southern Serengeti/Ndutu area. From April to early June, there is prolonged rain. Herds move to the Western Serengeti National Park along the Grumeti and Mbalageti rivers and later spread on the plains of Singita Game Reserve. This circle goes through the same path all year, around July to October. All the herds appear to be in the northern Serengeti, where travelers gather to see the magical crossing river. But for any traveler to witness the river crossing, they must at least spend three nights in the northern part.

You will stay at Tanzania Bush Camps in the central Serengeti for the next two nights.

DAY 4. SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CRATER

Early in the morning, after breakfast, together with your guide, make your way to the Ngorongoro Crater, this haven for those who wish to see the big five animals. You will participate in a day game drive for the rest of the day before returning to Arusha town. You will arrive in the evening hours.

The crater savannah is home to more than 30,0000 wild animals, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, hippos, wild dogs, hyenas, and more than 500 bird species.

This park is one of the seven wonders of Africa and holds the significant history of human evolution at the Oldupai Gorge historical site.
