DAY 1. ARRIVAL DAY
After your arrival in Tanzania, your transfer guide will be waiting for you and ready to transfer you to the hotel, where you will rest and recover from a long international flight.
Later, our sales representative from the family safari department will meet you and give a brief of how your safari tour in Tanzania will be.
Depending on your arrival time, we will offer you a town tour ticket, where our professional safari guide will take you around; there is so much to learn and experience in Arusha town, especially for kids. You will stay at Arumeru River Lodge, located outside of bustling Arusha town, perfect for families.
DAY 2. ARUSHA TO LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
Rise and Shine! We are in Africa, the land of wonders. After breakfast, we will go to Lake Manyara National Park, located in the West of Arusha town. This stunning park is situated below the Great Rift Valley escarpment. This park features different ecosystems, such as savannah and forest. Lake Manyara is packed with wildlife from tree-climbing lions, African buffaloes, Elephants, leopards, flamingoes, and other animals.
Late after, drive to Karatu town, where you will stay at Ngorongoro Farm House.
DAY 3 & 4. SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
This morning, after your breakfast at the lodge in Karatu, you will drive to the Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Highlands; upon arrival in Serengeti, you will be amazed at how the park is teeming with wildlife. Serengeti can be visited at any time of the year. However, some travelers plan to visit from June through October for Migration purposes. It is during this when Serengeti experience the largest terrestrial animal migration, called Serengeti Wildebeest Migration.
This is an entirely private safari in Tanzania, meaning together with your guide, you have the power to decide on what to do, how to do it and at what time, that is one of the most significant advantages of a private family safari.
Always morning and evening game drives offer spectacular safari vibes as, this time, animals are more active.
Later in the evening, you will proceed to your lodge for an overnight, and you will stay at Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti, the very perfect for families traveling with kids.
DAY 5. NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR.
Our incredible safari tour is about to end; today, we will drive to Ngorongoro Crater floor, where you will enjoy the finest game drive. The caldera was formed about 3 million years ago.
In the crater, you will find all the BIG-5 animals, together with over 500 hundreds of species of birds.
As you descend the crater highlands, the forest welcomes you, as you precede, the landscape starts changing to savannah; this is impressive.
Explore the park as much as you can. Later, head back to Karatu for relaxation and overnight; tonight, you will stay at Ngorongoro Farm House, a beautiful lodge at the upper highlands of Ngorongoro Highlands.
DAY 6 – 10. ZANZIBAR RELAXATION.
On day 6, your guide will drop you at Manyara or Arusha airstrips to Whop on a short scenic flight to Zanzibar Island; when you arrive, our representative will be ready to transfer you to the hotel.
You will stay at Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort, a beautiful, beachfront luxury resort located on Nungwi beaches. This luxurious hotel offers All-inclusive service.
While in Zanzibar, you can participate in various activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, kite surfing, slave trade tours, and many others; if you would be interested in one, please let our travel consultant know in advance.
DAY 11. INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURE
All has ended; we are unfortunate that you are leaving today. We encourage you to like every bit of your stay with us and bring back millions of memories to share with friends. The law of life is elementary: “Enjoy every bit of your breath.”
Our guide will transfer you to the airport to catch your international flight back.
The typical check-out at this resort is at 11 AM. Still, late check-out can be arranged at an extra cost, but it needs early confirmation for the availability.
